I've been living and breathing real estate since securing my first investment property in 1990, and gained valuable knowledge across Melbourne’s southeast from Richmond to Rosebud for over 3 decades.

Creating property descriptions combines my love of property, lifestyle, architecture and writing creative sales copy. Research and concept

I use Google Maps to determine proximity to shopping centres, local amenities and attractions in the local area.

If appropriate, I also use the Land Victoria website to determine land size and boundaries, especially when writing ad copy for vacant land.

Based on the property's location, attributes,  and target market, I develop a concept and focus to appeal to buyers.

For example, how the property can be enjoyed, and consider proximity to beaches, parks or schools for families, land size and proximity to amenities for developers, and lifestyle benefits, dog parks and medical facilities for retirees.

Turnaround times

Ad copy is delivered within 24 hours of visiting the property or receiving information for remote bookings.

Let's have a chat about your requirements on the phone or via Zoom.

Once you're ready to book, just send me an email with the details of the property, the date and time I should attend.

I require at least 24 hours notice to attend a property.

The more notice you can give me the better — a week or two in advance would be most welcome.

If it's a remote listing, I just need the address, notes, photos, floor plans, or architects drawings and a deadline.
